Yet, the information online is sometimes inaccurate and even dangerous. Yes it’s a natural remedy but it has power.

1. It begins with the quality of the essential oils you’re choosing to use. Did you check they’re ok for use on the body? The one’s that you can get for a very cheap price are usually not the real medicine. It’s simply a synthetic smell and it will not give you any of the benefits you’re looking for, some of them can also harm. So please… I really care about you. Notice what you’re buying.

2. Most essential oils must NOT be used directly on the skin and require a carrier. Almond oil and shea butter are two quick examples for a carrier you can use
