How To EQUALIZE Your Ears When Scuba Diving 🤿

Scuba Divers need to ‘pop’ their ears to deal with the increasing pressure. We call this equalising! When you can’t equalise, it can ruin the dive, so there are my two biggest equalisation tricks!

1. Jaw wiggle! Wiggling your jaw helps stretch the Eustachian tubes and allow for better air flow

2. Shallow up! Pressure lessens as you shallow up, which allows for easier equalising. On the way down, equalise early and often
