LIGHTNING OUTLINE EFFECT - AFTER EFFECTS

In this video, I go over how to create this cool-looking lightning outline effect in Adobe After Effects. Deep Glow is the only plugin you need for this effect, but this effect can also work with other glows if you don't have that. What effects should I do next?
