The spear i'm using for this build has no reliable drop sources in game for current version (although it still show in loot table of random drop in game database), i get it from shared vault on titanquestfans forum. You can get it from shared vault like me, or.. wait game dev "fixed" it :D
Using other good spear the builds still works well too, just maybe not good at health stolen like this spear because of its huge Life Leech dmg.
Using melee weapon drops/buy at Atlantis map with "the tinkerer" suffix and added 2 Legendary differentrelics/charms that give bonus Life Leech can works well about health stolen too.

Green rings i using in this video has suffix "the tinkerer" allow added 2 different relics/charms into it. Only green, M.I items that drop/sell in Atlantis map can be spawn with this suffix.
