FLYING TO THE PHILIPPINES(PH)

The more Prepared, patient and respectful you are the easier this process will be for you..See below for some helpful tips. Please make multiple copies of every document you need to present just to be safe.
Also, check with your airlines to find out the updated requirements as they may change daily. And if you are transistioning(transfer) from another country before you get to PH please check with your airlines to see if there are additional documents or protocols you will need to prepare.

Here are the requirements I prepared for traveling in the Philippines with my Foreign spouse. Booking of accredited hotel for 7 days: Upon departure the airline will check this. Ano ang meaning ng padlab? Padlab means Philippine Airport Diagnostic Labaratory System at para saan po ito? Ito po ay isa sa mga requirements na kakailanganin sa airport pag-uwi sa pilipinas, Kung ikaw po ay non ofw ay maari ka pong mag register dito sa website ng padlab is the link for PADLAB registration:

You will receive a QR CODE once you register. Make sure to print it and bring it to the PH.

Make sure you bring your original marriage certificate to be presented to the ticket counter at the Airport in the USA and at immigration in PH. Bring support of your marriage like the photos of your wedding, green card or drivers license showing your married name.
Your spouse needs to also have a pre booked airline ticket going back to the USA no more then 29 days after you arrive. The airline will be looking for this. The PH citizen of the family can book a one way ticket.

You also need to have a PH phone number(we used my sister's number until we get a sim card) and a PH address as well to fill out the documents.

If you want to take it a step further which we did this, but you do not need to do this: We took a free COVID-19 test 72 hours before we left and printed up the negative results and brought it with us just in case even though we thought we did not need it.
