2 and 1/3 cups icing sugar or powdered sugar sifted with
1/4 tea spoon cream of tartar

3 and 1/2 cups dessicated coconut

395g can sweetened condensed milk
2 tea spoons vanilla extract

divide in half then color one half with
pink or any food coloring

fridge for min 4 hours can eat then but anything over 6 hours brings out all the flavor.
store in airtight container in fridge will last at least a week
