How to Brew Sheng Pu erh | Gongfu Tea in Gaiwan & Yixing Teapot | Raw Puerh Dark Tea | ZhenTea

Sheng Pu erh, or Raw Puerh, is oftentimes pressed into a bing (cake), zhuan (brick), or tuo (puck) shape. It hails from Yunnan province. It's a great tea for aging, but also can be enjoyed when it's young. In this video, we demonstrate how to brew Sheng Puerh tea step by step in gongfu tea style or grandpa style. Feel free to adjust the tea brewing parameters so that you can enjoy a perfect sip for you!
