In the first half of the video, I demonstrate the best recipe I've discovered to make the useful Individual Value training item, the bottle cap, in the Pokémon Sword and Shield Isle of Armor DLC. The Cram-o-matic, located in the Master Dojo, allows users to make an abundant number of useful battle items. Bottle caps, in specific, are an item that can be exchanged in the Hau'oli City Mall, that allows for a player to boost 1 Individual Value to maximum. The recipe used to create a bottle cap in the video is as follows (item order is irrelevant):

-PP Up
-PP Up
-PP Up
-Quick Powder


In the second half of the video, I demonstrate how to easily make a PP Up, which is a necessary ingredient to make bottle caps, following the recipe above. For making PP Ups, you will need 3 Dynite Ore, which are readily found in raid battles, and one other random item, such as a Chesto Berry.
NOTE: The order in which you place these items must match, as follows:

-Dynite Ore
-Chesto Berry
-Dynite Ore
-Dynite Ore
