Day 11- Observing the Ego 101

When we strip back our life to the soul, it allows us to view the world knowing that we have control and a choice in every moment

In the last session we started from the self

Bringing awareness to our breath, our stillness & our facial expressions

Keeping this as a focus allows us to learn so much from engagements with others

We start to recognise the things we must work on to improve,we become more aware of our energy & moments that brings forward resistance within

As we continue to bring awareness to ourself within conversations,it allows us to start bringing awareness to the other

Always remember this is always an ongoing process and only you become the master by the experiences you have and learn from

As we know the ego gives us so many areas of focus & like in the previous session,let us start with a few areas of focus before we get to the conversations themselves

Firstly set an intention for the conversations, be present, be curious & be the observer to understand

So much learning takes place about yourself and others

Protect your energy and continue to check in with yourself during the conversations

Set your boundaries. Only when you have the experience will you truly know how to navigate the conversations with others, enjoy it

Energy is our truth so bring awareness to theirs. Bring awareness to energy throughout conversations

Fear or love

Bring awareness to their movement, fidgeting, tapping, hand placement. It becomes so interesting what we start to notice

Lots of movement can often relate to ego responses It becomes very interesting when you start seeing the correlations. Very clear to see.

Notice their facial expressions, their body language, do they lean in, are their arms crossed, so they keep changing positions?

We can break down so many things for us to bring awareness too, it becomes limitless.

Before we get onto meaning, pay attention to individual use of words, as this will provide excellent feedback about them

This is an ongoing process and you will continue learning lots about others and even more about yourself. Mastery comes from you providing your own reasons on what takes place and what you learned.

Asking questions is a great way to change any conversation and to shift the energy. We have the power to keep them on our path.

Have some fun, I encourage to journal your experiences or have someone that will allow you to share your insights out loud. If you have a recording of the conversation like a zoom call can provide you with some of your biggest Insights
