Probably released at Fall 2015, since I don't see winter transfer has been going. It's good if you want to experience the 2015. This patch mainly influenced from the origin of the patch, which is Vietnam. Hencewhy, you'll have the premier division of Vietnamese League, Vietnam national teams with 3 more South East Asian national teams. I could see this patch as the alternative to some of the well-known European patches, like Shollym and Firebird, since year 2016 we don't see a perfect patch (in my own definition) like the one we got in the year before 2016.
