Cheesy Garlic Mussels | John Dengis

Here is the ingredients list for making this dish:

White Sauce
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 - 2 tbsp chopped parsley

30 half shell mussels
150g mozzarella cheese
150g cheddar cheese
3 - 4 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
