T-Man External Head Oil Drains

A new service offered for our New CVO Thumper Head, this new head is our welded intake and raised port model. We’re finalizing the drawings and making the tool pass on the new Haas machine - these new heads will be available soon.

One feature you can get with this new head is our External Oilers. We drilled the head and basically plug the head so the oil cannot go down through the cylinder. The oil would normally go down through the cylinder drop into the cam cover area and return through the tank through the oil pump. You’re running all of that heated oil. Your exhaust port and your return oil from the head & top end of the motor is right next to it. Your heating that oil that is running down and being returned to the motor. By doing this, you’re by-passing all of that. So this works is, we drill the front, run it down, we place a nice 90-degree fitting, we drill into the side of the oil tank housing, and on the rear we bring it down and also drill it. Both of these are being dropped right into the oil tank. On this bike, we also have our External Breather that feeds into the oil tank as well.
