Finding the Bunker
Follow the rangefinder northeast-ish (when the numbers on the rangefinder are white, you’re heading in the right direction and when they’re red, you’re going the wrong way) until you reach the destination. It’s a large patch of snow with no vegetation in it.

Look for a metal post sticking out of the ground. Interact with this post and the bunker will open. Once inside head down the stairs and head left when you can. Then, head right and you’ll see a wall that can be destroyed using a power attack. On the other side, three chests await you. You’ll find a comic book, some gear and some resources inside these chests.

On your way to the waypoint, keep an eye out for resource crates. Destroy them to get some resources. Interact with the computer at the waypoint and a cutscene will play out. It’s Nick Fury and he’s explaining that you need to start the SHIELD Protocols upload.

Before heading through the now-open door in front of you, jump up to the section on the right to find a chest in the corner. After that, head through the door and you’ll be inside a vault with some Strong Boxes.

Strong Box

Strong Boxes are chests left behind in vaults that contain valuable gear and resources. Open the chests up and start the Protocol upload. You’ll need to hold off waves of enemies here while Jarvis uploads the protocols to a secure server. Once Jarvis uploads the protocols, the mission will be complete.
