Will the Cheapest Civilian 5.7mm Ammo Defeat Kevlar Armor?

James has the cheapest 5.7x28mm ammo in the cheapest 5.7mm pistol: AAC ("America's Ammunition Company") 40gr V-Max 5.7x28mm loaded in a Palmetto State Armory ("PSA") Rock 5.7. The 5.7 round is well-known for armor-defeating capabilities, but typically, civilian ammunition will NOT defeat even soft body armor panels, especially out of a pistol. However, with AAC's new 5.7 ammo hitting the market at a low price, James has to try anyways. How'd it go?
