Ingredients for yeast mixture :
1 tbs dry yeast
1/2 tbs sugar
3-4 tbs of warm milk

Doug ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup warm milk
Pinch of salt
3 tbs of sugar
1 tbs rose water (optional)
Substitute with vanilla
1/2 tbs of Vinegar
4 cups of plain white flour

Need a cup of extra flour and one cup of
melted butter for brushing the dough sheets .

Garnish with dusting powdered sugar, cardamom and ground pistachios

مواد لازم براي خمير مايه:
يك ق غ خمير مايه خشك
نيم ق غ شكر
سه ال چهار ق غ شير گرم

مواد لازم براي خمير قتلمه:
دو عدد تخم مرغ
دو ق غ روغن
يك پيمانه شير گرم
كمي نمك
يك ق غ اب گلاب
نيم ق غ سركه
چهار پيمانه ارد معمولي

يك پيمانه ارد اضافي و يك پيمانه مسكه اب شده
براي شيت هاي خمير

پودر شكر، هيل و پسته ميده
