Gran caja !!! Big box !!!! Woodturning. Torneando madera.

Esta bellísima caja la logre con madera de lamberciana, un recorte que andaba girando por el taller. La originalidad de esta pieza es merito de la corteza de la madera. Una pieza simple y delicada a la vez !!!!
El tirador es madera de cedro.
Lijé toda la pieza hasta grano 600.
Aplique aceite de uva y luego creo que se merecía una capa fina de laca, para protegerla y sea muy duradero su brillo satinado.
Creo que fue un buen logro!

I achieved this beautiful box with lamberciana wood, a cut that was turning around the workshop. The originality of this piece is due to the bark of the wood. A simple and delicate piece at the same time!!!!
The handle is cedar wood.
I sanded the entire piece down to 600 grit.
I applied grapeseed oil and then I think it deserved a thin layer of lacquer, to protect it and make its satin shine very long lasting.
I think that was a good achievement!
