Today was a free sparring workshop day! Each of us were to come up with a play, technique, etc. and practice it with a partner via whatever means necessary (i.e. drilling, slow sparring, impromptu training games, etc.). And once the task had been practiced sufficiently, we would then find a different partner and try to execute at least one good iteration of that technique organically in sparring. Most importantly, we all had fun 😁
