Connecting with Nature Spirits

In this video, I share some thoughts on how we connect with the spirits of nature (and I show you a face that showed up in the rock as I was actually filming the video)!

We can ask the spirits connected to Earth what they need. And the answer is usually that they need respect, love, honor, peaceful coexistence with them. Here are some ideas:

1) Ask the Earth and the elements, what do you need?

2) Create spaces friendly to nature spirits = no pesticides ever!!

3) Make sure that animals you eat had good lives

4) Honoring/thanking plants and trees

More and more of us are learning to connect with Gaia (feminine energy) and will help us tend more to each other and to the Earth.

The Earth will be fine, I believe, whether or not humans are is up to us!

When we naturally come from a place of kindness and compassion, we naturally will care for each other and the Earth more for our collective healing and a beautiful new way of living. There is a lot of hope!
