In this session, Sr. Advocate Ratan K.Singh has shared his views on What is Constructional Law and Careers related to Constructional Law. Construction law is an established branch of law and brings into it, contracts, law of tort, commercial laws, procurement laws and various methods of dispute avoidance and dispute resolution. It cannot be mixed with law of contracts and has its own developed jurisprudence.
