Lion Electric is currently manufacturing vehicles and they are on the road.
Amazon has an placed an order for up to 2500 trucks with the right to buy %20 into Lion Electric company through warrants.
That would only happen if they go through with the full 2500 truck order.
The deal alone is worth over 1 Billion Dollars in revenue.
Lion Electric has formally submitted its proposal to be listed publicly through merger with NGA.
Power Corporation of Canada owns 44% of Lion Electric Today.

They have proven their technology because their vehicles are on the road right now.

Not only does Lion Electric have orders with Amazon, but many municipalities are placing orders for garbage trucks and school buses.

Their online website is up and running to take orders on many of their vehicles.

Currently Lion Electric is based out of Quebec and currently has an office in Sacramento California.

Rumors are that Lion Electric will be setting up a factory in the USA.
Now with the green President in the US,
will more orders be coming to Lion Electric?
