In this video, we go over 3 different drills that will help you improve your ball control.
These drills are aimed towards U7, U8, U9, U10 & U11 age groups, but they can be used for older ages too. These drills are designed to incorporate both feet, to help you improve your ball control with both your left and right foot. Being able to use both feet will benefit your game, and help you improve faster.
