What's In My Bags For Long Distance Touring? Trek 1120

What to take on a long tour can often be nerve racking, what to take and what to leave behind can often lead to insanity! So I thought I would share with you What's in my bags on a long distance tour.
While the set up is ever evolving the basics always remain the same. Please keep in mind this is not a gear review but merely a look at what I am carrying in my bags. Having said that if you have any questions about any piece of gear in the video please feel free to ask.
Also I would love to hear what others are doing with their set ups so please drop a comment if you can.
