I made this because the only versions of Crash that worked on WinMUGEN were just StefanBandicoot and V-Nix's Crash (Which both aren't that good IMO) so I patched Crow's Crash to work on WinMUGEN I had to edit some coding in Common1.cns file as well as Crash's CNS File, unfortunately there is some size issues with the portrait, icons and hyper portraits since this Crash uses the localcoord as the size which does not work in WinMUGEN
