Turns out Suguri is a really good speed game.

This is a improvement over my 16:20 run from last year with the main thing being a singlephase on Hime, though there were some other improvements throughout the run I believe. In total it took around 10 attempts to beat the 16:20 run (I'm surprised by how good that time was despite having very little practice beforehand).
