Voice Therapy Helps Teacher Return to Singing | Duke Health

Описание к видео Voice Therapy Helps Teacher Return to Singing | Duke Health

Music teacher Jazzmone Sutton was lost for words. She knew what she wanted to say but her voice just wasn’t allowing her to get the words out.
As an elementary music teacher in Raleigh, skipping words, having a gravelly voice, and experiencing a tightness in her throat that kept her from singing the way she wanted, caused her to seek out help.
Clinical Singing Voice Specialist Leda Scearce helped lead Sutton through one-on-one vocal therapy at Duke Otolaryngology of Raleigh, teaching her to retrain the way she uses her voice and helping her return to singing.
