Chakrata is a cantonment town and also a sub district/tehsil, in Dehradun district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It lies between the Tons and Yamuna rivers, at an elevation of 2118 m, 98 km from the state capital, Dehradun. We did a roadtrip from Noida to spend a day in chakrata.

I am Ravi, a teacher by profession. I run a coaching institute in Patna for IIT-JEE and NEET and teach Physics. My wife Veena is a homemaker. We love traveling and have been doing road trips for the last 12 years.
