This was the 2nd version of the Philharmonic Flavor whose ultimate goal was to perform on the AIC Barbershop Show at the International Barbershop Convention in Pittsburgh over the fourth of July following this trial concert. Unfortunately, our tenor, Phil, was unable to make the Pittsburgh committment and we were fortunate to coax Blair Bollinger from the Philadelphia Orchestra to sub for him (playing brass only). Ultimately, John Illika left the area and Glenn Dodson decided to retire that summer. The new generation of brass players joined me for another group called Ragtime Harmony Brass which I have included on my YouTube Channel.
