Is your hip still stiff and sore after surgery? Try these exercises to get your mobility back and return to your usual activities. These are safe starting at approximately two weeks post-op if you take your time building up and DON'T push through pain. Only go as far as is comfortable for you to go. With time and repetition, you'll be able to do more and more.
