We were on a 6 days trip to Thailand, off which first two days we spent in Phuket.
The island itself has a beautiful historical old town, great viewpoints and iconic cultural attractions. It's also a good base for exploring the nearby islands and their must-see attractions. These include world-famous places like Phang Nga Bay and the Phi Phi Islands.
On our first day we had a city tour and we visited, the Big Buddha also called as Marble Buddha, The Kata Karon beach and the Wat Chalong or Chalong Temple. On our second day we took a One Day Cruise and visited Phi Phi Island, and also saw the famous Maya Bay on our way. Phuket was a great start of our Trip to Thailand.
