VLOG : How I celebrated my son's birthday | Dinner | Anime Japanese sushi restaurant

In today's video we are celebrating my son's birthday ...
I started off by making him red velvet waffles with bacon and eggs for breakfast before he headed to school and for dinner he requested Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo with his favourite Red lobster biscuit . I also made him his favourite cake which is red velvet I'm no professional baker in any shape or form but I can say that this cake was the most moist and delicious cake ever ! My son loved and enjoy it ... Couple days after we went to Manga which is an Anime Japanese Sushi place and I must say it was such a good experience the food was very good 10/10 and the decor was just fascinating ...I hope you guys enjoy this video …..

RED VELVET WAFFLE RECIPE ⬇️
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups buttermilk
⅓ cup melted butter, cooled
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon red velvet food colouring

GLAZE ICING
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar (Optional)
½ cup whole milk, or more as needed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
