Coyotes are some of the most fascinating creatures on this planet. In Native American folklore, the coyote is usually depicted as a trickster who uses deception and humor to rebel against social norms. In pop culture, the most famous depiction of coyotes was in the popular '50s animated cartoon "Road Runner and Coyote Show," in which the coyote tries to lure the roadrunner into traps to no avail.

In reality, coyotes are animals who have managed to survive in urban environments alongside humans. Because they are still wild animals what should we do if we encounter a coyote while taking a stroll in the park?
