Pansies can give a great pop of color in an otherwise bleak winter landscape. University of Memphis Director of Landscape Joellen Dimond shows how to prepare a garden bed and plant pansies. She prepares the bed by removing the plants that were growing there for the summer season, fertilizes, and mulches. Then she lays out the pansies and plants them through the mulch. She also gives information and tips on growing pansies.
