The video of building manager Antonio Hernan Cook smashing stuff in my room is the most popular in this chronicle of events. Now, for the first time, you can see the live commentary surrounding it, as I rushed to the "scene of the crime" from work,after the police visited the scene (we were unable to arrest the guy, because he had left already), and some more thoughts at the end of the day.

This incident is the centerpiece of our harassment case against Mr. Cook and the building management of 182 Graham Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Tough the incident is well documented (see the video?) and the police know about it, (the report has been filed), the police have elected not to do anything. Such cases are low-priority with them, and between the COVID-19 shutdown and the George Floyd protests,they have been pretty busy with other things.

We, the long-time tenants of 182 Graham Ave, feel threatened by this man. We have sought an Order of Protection from him, but without an arest, we cannot ge one. That is why we are campaigning the make landlord-tenant harassment classified as "Domestic Violence."
