All you’ll need to make tasty Sukka Chicken :

• Chicken 500g

Ginger Garlic Coriander Paste :
• 20-22 Garlic cloves
• 1 inch Ginger chopped
• 1 Green chilli
• Coriander

Onion Coconut and Garam masala Paste :
• ¼ cup Dry coconut grated
• ¼ cup Fresh coconut grated
• 2 small pieces of Cinnamon
• 7 Black pepper corns
• 2 Green cardamom
• 2 Cloves
• 2 small Bay leaves
• 1 tsp Coriander seeds
• ½ tsp Cumin seeds
• ½ tsp Fennel seeds
• ½ tsp Poppy seeds
• 8-9 Garlic cloves
• ½ inch Ginger chopped
• 2 medium Onions chopped
• Oil

Final ingredients :
• 4 tbsp Oil
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• Add Ginger garlic coriander paste
• ¼ tsp Asafoetida
• ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp Malvani masala
• 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
• Add Onion coconut and garam masala paste
• Add 500g Chicken
• ½ tsp Garam masala
• Salt
