Bahraini police clash with protesters rallying in support of Gaza and Lebanon

Bahraini security forces clashed with protesters who gathered after Friday prayers in support of Gaza and Lebanon in the village of Diraz, northwestern Bahrain.
Bahrain, along with Morocco, Sudan, and the United Arab Emirates, recognised Israel under the US-brokered Abraham Accords of 2020.
The health ministry in Gaza has reported that at least 41,788 people have been killed and 96,794 wounded by Israeli military attacks since 7 October.
Meanwhile, in Lebanon, the death toll from Israeli strikes has reached 2,011, with 9,535 wounded since 8 October 2023, according to local authorities on Friday.
