Ingredients & Tools:
• 10g matcha powder (sift it for smoothness)
• 70ml hot water (70–80°C)
• Matcha whisk
• Sifter
• Matcha spoon & bowl set

Method:
1️⃣ Pour 70ml of hot water into a cup and let it cool until it reaches 70–80°C.
2️⃣ Sift 10g of matcha powder into your bowl.
3️⃣ Add the hot water and whisk for 1–2 minutes until smooth & frothy.
4️⃣ In another cup, add ice + milk. If you like it sweet, dissolve some sugar first and mix it into your milk.
5️⃣ Pour the whisked matcha over your iced milk.

💡 Tip: Don’t take too long, or your matcha can turn slightly bitter. If you have a sweet tooth, just add more sugar—it’s all about your taste!
