0:37 1 Using step by step instructions, practice lunar orbit while standing.
0:54 2 Start in seated position. Put your hand behind your hip and rotate your body towards it. Elevate your legs and pushing on the hand do a 180 degree turn. When facing backwards, get on your back and pull legs above you rolling through the shoulder to your side. Come back to the basic position.
1:20 3 Start in seated position. Put leading hand next to your hip. Lay on your back lifting your legs up. Look over your shoulder behind you. Kick your legs above your body performing a roll through the shoulder and bringing your leading leg down first. Finish facing backwards to the initial direction. Progress this by changing the initiation position to leaning to the side before rolling through your back.
1:54 4 Orbit. Initiate with a Tailee but as you start turning backwards, take your leading blade out of the water and reach with it above your head to the opposite side turning it into a brace and bringing the boat down to a flat position. Make sure you keep looking at your blade all the way through.
2:17 5 Paddle forward and initiate a Tailee with a sweep stroke on the opposite side, keep the pressure on the blade and instead of pushing it straight away,try to land in the same
direction you have started. Push your feet down to finish with the cartwheel end.

Initiate as a lunar orbit but as you start facing backwards, take your leading blade out of the water and reach with it above your head to the opposite side turning it into a brace and bringing the boat down to a flat position. Make sure you keep looking at your blade all the way through the movement.
3:22 7 Set up facing backward to the hole with your paddle next to your hip building the
pressure on the active side of the blade. Once your tail catches, hold onto your blade,
securing your position and look over the shoulder of the leading blade, looking at the
coming water. When you become vertical take your leading blade out of the water and
reach with it above your head to the opposite side turning it into a brace and bringing
the boat down to a flat position. Make sure you keep looking at your blade all the way
through.
3:46 8 Initiate as above but as the bow starts to drop, pull on your blade and throw your hips around upstream. Push on the leading blade and drive your feet underneath to finish with a half cartwheel.
