You are strong and can have energy to love yourself every day. Show gratitude and kindness toward yourself as you realize the power within your mind and body. If you focus and meditate every day, you will find self healing and mental focus. I know that you will never give up!

Let the dialogue and ambient music soundtrack guide you. Use your breath/breathing as a point of focus. The calm and peaceful guided meditation dialogue lasts for a little over 10 minutes, followed by about 3 minutes of ambient music to bring you back out of meditation - 14 minutes total. Motivate yourself today and every day!
