Stories are the foundations of who we are as humans and we find more ways to tell incredible stories. Video games, in my opinion, are currently the best method of storytelling, surpassing film and even literature.

When AAA games are moving at breathtaking speeds to deliver better graphics, better sound and better gameplay systems, it's nice to take a break from that and see what else can be done in games.

The walking simulator weren't as loved by the mainstream audience outside of the critics in the beginning. Over time, things have changed and as indie developers grow this genre of games, we can see them blurring the line between mechanics and narrative.

How much can just walking impact a game?
