Nattu Kozhi Getti Kulambu : This recipe reflects our unique style and preferences. Every individual has their own approach, and this is ours.

Add oil to a pan; once it is heated, add cashews. Fry cashews in the oil till golden brown and keep them separately. Now add cinnamon, pepper, shallots, and garlic.  Add dry red chilies and fry them till golden brown. Add cumin seeds and fennel seeds to it. Add coriander powder and grated coconut.
Sauté them all till the raw smell goes away. Add the fried cashews to it and fry them all.
Once it is done, transfer it to a bowl, let it cool down, and then grind it into a fine paste.
Mix the chicken with 1 ladle spoon of freshly ground masala paste and the required amount of salt.
Now add 1 liter of water to the chicken and pressure cook them for 8 whistles.
Now add gingelly oil to a pan; add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, deseeded dry red chillies.
Add the onion and curry leaves and sauté them. Add the ground masala paste. Add water and a little salt (as we have already added salt to the chicken as well), and cook them until the raw smell goes away. When you can see a layer of oil floating on top of the masala, add the pressure-cooked chicken to it and cook them for 3 minutes. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Now that the "Naatukozhi getti kuzhambu" is ready, you can serve them with roti or rice.
