I recently completed the *Body Remembers Trauma Therapy (BRTT) & Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB)* training. This experience deepened and broadened my personal development journey.

During this training, past fears resurfaced. Even though there was no clear reason for the anxiety, the feelings were still there. The fear was partly related to the unknown. New groups and environments have always had a significant impact on me.

Thanks to the support of the team and my fellow students, this fear has lessened, although it hasn’t completely gone away. There’s often still a lingering fear of what’s to come.

Despite the fear, I went deep and allowed myself to cry every day. It was such a relief not to worry about what others might ‘possibly’ think! It felt liberating, I can tell you that. However, there’s still a lot to process, and I continue to work on my journey.

Feeling safe is the most important thing you will experience during sessions with me. When I start offering BRTT and TRB sessions, safety will be my top priority. It’s the most crucial part of the entire session. When you feel safe, you can go deeper into your process and begin healing your trauma.

Your body knows exactly what traumas it has endured, even if your mind doesn’t always (or anymore) remember. During the training, I witnessed incredible transformations; many of my fellow students experienced a rebirth. It’s not something to fear; it’s actually something beautiful.
