Having a local market in my area is a big advantage, as we can get organic products here. Especially cold-pressed sunflower oil and olive oil are very healthy and organic oils. I came here and bought hazelnut paste for a dessert I’m going to prepare. Below, I’ll share the detailed preparation process of the dessert.

Ingredients:
For the crepes:
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1.5 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

First, pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them well. Then, heat a pan and cook the crepes. Once cooked, cut the crepes into 4 or 5 circle shapes using a glass. Spread honey and hazelnut paste inside. For extra flavor, sprinkle some hazelnuts and cocoa powder on top. This results in a very delicious and minimalist crepe dessert.
