Roasting Chicken and Squash in My Sun Oven!

It’s a warm day, and I’m in the kitchen canning up a lot of chicken, so the last thing I want to do is heat up the oven! So I dug out my All American Sun Oven, quickly prepared 2 chicken breasts and some winter squash, set them in the sun oven and walked away. No added heat in the kitchen!
