Photographing one of the finest waterfall scenes in the Peak - Three Shires Head

A very cold morning in the Peak brought me to the incredible scene of Three Shires Head. It's really hard to get a good shot here, but forgetting your gloves and breaking the zip on your jacket can go a long way toward making that happen.

I strongly recommend you stash these in your car, in your backpack and if you have easy to access pockets put them in there. I've had loads of occasions when friends (a few folks I've met on my hikes) have had freezing fingers and I was able to save the day :)
