Mumbai Masjid News बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (BMC) के अधिकारियों की एक टीम शनिवार सुबह धारावी पहुंची। यहां महबूब-ए-सुभानी मस्जिद (mehboob e subhani) के अवैध हिस्से को गिराया जाना था। टीम सुबह 9 बजे धारावी की 90 फीट रोड पर पहुंची। खबर लगते ही मुस्लिम समाज समेत बस्ती के लोग इकट्ठा हो गए और टीम को रोक दिया।

Mumbai Dharavi: Tension flared up in Dharavi after scores of locals gathered to oppose an eviction drive by BMC at Mehboob-e-Subhani mosque situated along a 90-feet-road. According to the civic body, the eviction drive was initiated on the basis of a notice to remove unauthorised encroachments which had been issued by the G/North ward office to the mosque. As residents blocked the road, senior civic officials said no demolitions were carried out on the mosque.
