Recipe as follows:

2 T. olive oil

~ 2 or more cups cooked chicken

1 Carrot

1 Can of crushed tomatoes. I used a pint jar mother canned and cut them up with scissors.

2 cups of water

1 Can of chicken broth. I used the broth left over from cooking the chicken in a slow cooker. I filled a cereal about half full. If you buy a can, make sure it has little to no salt.

1 Stalk of celery

Basil and oregano. I just sprinkled a little in.

Oat flour

Cut up the carrot and celery in pretty small pieces. Then place everything in a dutch oven except for the oat flour. I cooked it for about 30 mins over medium heat. The level of heat might vary some from stove to stove.

After the approximate 30 mins, dip out some of the juice in a bowl and quickly mix in some of the oat flour. I use three small spoon fulls. Once the mixture has been poured back into the dutch oven, stir it all in quickly to properly thicken it.

Let it cook a little while longer and then turn the heat off. Once cool, it will be ready for your dog.
