【𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚】 𝟎𝟕 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 ｜𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐔𝐌𝐓
On December 7, 2024, the 24th EDUCare program was successfully held at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT). This impactful event supported 338 students from 8 schools, reaffirming the commitment to empowering underprivileged children through education.
The event was graced by distinguished guests, including the Founder and Chairman of Yayasan Maha Karuna, Most Venerable B. Sri Saranankara, Associate Professor Dr. Chook Ka Joo, Vice President of the Office of the President, TARUMT; Ms. Aamelia Termizi, Vice President, Brand & CSR of Magnum Berhad; Mr. Ng Teck Seng, General Manager of Kuok Foundation; Mr. Nyia See Thai, Manager of the Students Affairs Department, TARUMT; and Ms. Karen Tiw, President of Pertubuhan Kebajikan Buddha Metta Malaysia.
A heartfelt thanks also to TARUMT for sponsoring the event venue and assisting in every possible way to make this event a resounding success. Their invaluable support greatly contributed to the smooth execution of the program.
The program’s success was made possible by the dedication of over 100 volunteers, including 70 undergraduates from TARUMT, 20 members of Maha Karuna, and 10 members of the TaeKwon-Do PDRM community. Together, they created a joyful and enriching environment, fostering teamwork, learning, and personal growth among the students.
The students participated in a half day of interactive activities designed to build confidence, leadership skills, and values. Each student left with a school bag filled with uniforms, shoes, stationery, and snacks, symbolizing a brighter start to the upcoming academic year.
This meaningful event was made possible by the generosity and dedication of all well-wishers, whose support continues to fuel the dreams of the younger generation. Special gratitude goes to Magnum Berhad and the Kuok Foundation, whose unwavering support for more than two decades has been instrumental in ensuring the continued success of EDUCare. Their long-standing contributions—both financial and logistical—have helped transform the lives of countless underprivileged children, empowering them with educational opportunities and brighter futures.

【馬來西亞宏慈佛教會】2024年12月7日｜𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒：擁抱教育，賦能未來 —— 在TARUMT的溫暖時光
2024年12月7日，第24屆EDUCare計劃在拉曼管理與科技大學（TARUMT）成功舉行。本次活動為來自8所學校的338名學生提供了学校必需品，堅守著通過教育改變清寒学童命運的使命。
活動迎来了多位貴賓蒞臨，包括宏慈基金會創辦人兼主席 B. Sri Saranankara 大長老、TARUMT校長辦公室副校長 副教授 Dr. Chook Ka Joo、万能集团品牌與企業社會責任副總裁 Aamelia Termizi 女士、郭氏基金總經理 Ng Teck Seng 先生、TARUMT學生事務部經理 Nyia See Thai 先生，以及馬來西亞慈悲佛教福利會會長 Karen Tiw 女士。
特別感謝郭氏基金和万能集团，他們逾二十年的参与舆支持對EDUCare計劃的成功至關重要。企業無論是財務還是後勤方面的持續貢獻，都幫助無數贫寒学童改變命運，為他們提供了寶貴的教育機會，開啟了更美好的未來。
此外，我們對TARUMT的感謝也無法言盡，感謝他們提供活動場地並在各方面提供協助，確保了此次活動的圓滿成功。
本次活動的圆满也離不開來自100多位志願者的辛勤付出，其中包括70名來自TARUMT的本科生、20名宏慈基金會成員以及10名來自PDRM跆拳道社區的志願者。他們共同為學生們創造了充滿歡樂和學習的環境，促進了學生的團隊合作精神、自信心和個人成長。
學生們參與了半天的互動活動，旨在提升他們的信心、領導能力和核心價值觀。每位學生都帶著裝滿校服、鞋子、文具和零食的書包回家，象徵著對新學年的美好期待。
