Its FED week, although I am not expecting any changes, I am looking forward to hear about and specific plans on stopping the balance sheet run off of Treasuries.

This would reinvest 30-40 Billion in Treasury repurchasing and should help lower mortgage rates.

Despite volatility in the markets, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage remained essentially flat at 6.63%. Mortgage rates continue to be relatively low versus the last few months, and homebuyers have responded. Purchase applications are up 5% as compared to a year ago. The combination of modestly lower mortgage rates and improving inventory is a positive sign for homebuyers in this critical spring homebuying season.”

Its Fed week and while I don't anticipate any movement in the rates, I am looking forward to the Fed comments... and any indication as to when they will stop the balance sheet run off.

Retail sales were weak, but CORE retail sales were extremely strong, and both had major revisions from the prior month to the negative:
