Bikie Empire Busted: Meth, Murder & Courtroom Shocks



Let’s start off with some big news out of Sydney.
Ali Elm Mubade, who’s accused of running the Alamadine Crime Network, has surprisingly been let out on bail by the NSW Supreme Court — even though he’s facing nearly 40 serious charges. We’re talking stuff like two kidnappings and being heavily involved in a large drug operation.
Mubade used to be the bodyguard for the supposed top dog Rafad Alamuddin, but while Rafad and his brother are overseas, police reckon Mubade stepped up to lead the gang. Authorities believe he was key in organising the distribution of cocaine and meth. One of the kidnapping cases even involved using a scary, aggressive dog to scare the victim.
He was picked up in March 2024, and despite a dodgy track record — including breaking bail conditions, ignoring court orders, and being seen as a flight risk — the court still decided to give him bail. During the hearing, it came out that after his arrest, Mubade had told his wife to take their kids and head to Dubai. He’s also got a history of driving offences and not sticking to community service rules.
Even with all that, the judge granted bail, partly because of the impact it would have on his wife and his role as a carer for his sister, who has intellectual disabilities. The judge admitted it was a tough call, especially since the prosecution seems to have a strong case — especially if they can prove Mubade was behind the encrypted online alias “Enterprise,” which was allegedly used to run the drug business.
There was also evidence of drugs being covered in oil to throw off sniffer dogs — like something out of a movie. Still, he’s out, but under strict conditions: he has to report to a police station in Western Sydney every day, and his bail was backed by a whopping $4 million surety from three people. Since then, Mubade’s been seen checking in with police and will stay under tight watch until his trial.
