New Day in Dubai starts at Innocent Sweets with Maya Moghrabi, the concept is to make everything gluten dairy, and sugar-free desserts.
Wise Guys Sandwiches is a Lebanese concept, very well-combined sandwiches, so refreshingly good, we had the famous Wise Guys sandwich and smoked turkey sandwich, they are loaded with flavors, simple and complex at the same time.
For lunch, we visited La Sirene restaurant, first, the presentation was very nice and the atmosphere in the kitchen was very important, the Hummus was creamy without garlic, the Fatteh Shrimp was perfect, and the kibbeh was top, and for dessert, we had Mafroukeh, Knefeh and Mhalabieh.
Ended the day at Tahini restaurant, we started with a Manoushet Zaatar with a pizza-like dough, also you will be eating vegetables, a Mediterranean diet, and fresh ingredients with a new modern interpretation.
For dessert we tried Yann Couvreur, they have high-end milk soft serve, upscaled with caramelized pecan on top with caramel sauce.

Traditional knafeh and mafroukeh are part of a dessert menu direct from the ‘Pearl of the Middle East’.
